JULY FIRST (Friday):
1500: BBQ at my place in New Jersey starting at 3pm and going into the night.

Between bites of dead animal feel free to live like one on the obstacles in my room and backyard.

??00 Secret Shampoo Session (which may or may not lead to impromptu conditioning)

JULY SECOND (Saturday)
If you've stayed at my place, a certain nocturnal restlessness may cause you to crave sleep, we'll do our best to wake you up to a more necessary craving: pancakes.

1200 Thompkins Square Park
Here we'll have a conditioning session along with a workshop for beginners, and all the barwork you can handle.

1430 HamFish delish

1630 Scoops is the hood?

1700 Nomz, followed by splitting into two groups

1800 Both groups will be heading through different areas downtown, spots ranging from wall street, to battery park, eventually converging on Wagner Park, where there is enough cool grass for those who want to chill, and enough obstacles for those who never will. This spot also has an incredible view of Lady Liberty and the sunset.
