Parkour is a quest to find the most effecient method to overcome any obstacle in your path. When you reach a level of mastery, individual movements don\'t matter, but much like a martial art, you must build up to this point with a strong foundation of the basics. Once you commit some of the simple, foundation monvements to memory, you\'re free to move without extraneous thought.
