Not bad!...butttt:

*Wrong Section
*Wrong Sport

*it's a nice tight btwist with alot of power and torque...set that bkick up higher to get a higher and stronger kick out of there! It looks like you could almost start to do btiwst round(btwist+ step crecent), and  hypertwists(landed on the next foot), and then progress to hyper hooks!

more of freerunning and tricking than parkour but i hate making picky differences. Anyways this may help you out a lot.

http://dogentricks.com/videos/DogenTricks.com%20-%20Gainer%20Tutorial.wmv

also check out dogentricks.com in general. lots of good stuff that will greatly help you out with your height and control of flips. In particular look at the center of gravity and the blocking tutorials. You seem to have a pretty good sense of what your doing though.
I also suggest you try finding an open gym in your area and practicing flips there before you try it on the grass. makes things much easier lol.

oops. my bad i was looking at the cork as a b-twist. its not just a gainer tutorial its a j-step tutorial as well and they throw in some corks and a b-twist to gainer combo, i just got a lil mixed up on the move. I think the j-step can be used for a b-twist too but i'm not sure.
sorry bout that.
