While watching Iron Man yesterday (well-done film, btw), one of the trailers at the beginning featured parkour. It wasn't a trailer for a movie, but an ad for reserving tickets online. It showed a guy doing parkour to quickly get from his house to the cinema to beat the crowd and get his tickets for a movie called "The Chase." As he was starting a big gap jump to get to the box office, the ticket agent put up a "Sold Out" sign, which caused him to lose his concentration and he bailed and landed painfully on the street below.
His wife/girlfriend then pulled up in the car and was really crabby and said, "I've been trying to tell you, I already reserved our tickets on..." I was so busy trying to figure out if this trailer was new or not, and who the traceur was, that I failed to note the website/organization/company that it was for. It looked like it wasn't terribly new.
Has anyone else seen this/know what I'm talking about?

"Fandango" perhaps? That's the only online movie ticket buying thingy I know of.
And speaking of seeing parkour at the movies, I also went to see Iron Man this weekend and noticed a bit of parkour in the trailer for the new Adam Sandler movie coming out. Can't remember the name, but it looked sweet. Anybody else see this?

Funny, I noticed and geeked out over the random little vault one of the SHIELD guys does in the laboratory when they are looking for the iron monger at the end.

lol, I did too. Mr. Muse and I looked at eachother and said, "Parkour!" Hee!
Still wondering about this trailer. It wasn't for Fandango. I think it was some Midwest-specific company. Hm... I might have to resort to some creative Googling.

Oh I didn't see the Zohan one. For a second there I thought you were saying that PD was in the trailer I saw, and I was like, "Wow, it must be really old, because this guy was like 8" shorter than I remember PD!"

it wasn't a movie it was like a commercial before the movie, some dude trying to get to the theatre, and he does some parkour looking stuff in it.
