Here it is folks. Julie's new video. Now you can learn all the conditioning and warm up routines if you don't already know them =)

This should give you a frame of reference for what will be taking place in Ohio for the upcoming seminar as well. At this point, you've got about a month to get ready, so take advantage of your time wisely ;p

Nice video, there was one thing that bothered me a bit. DAn showing someone how to turn vault on what appeared to be a 15 foot bridge.  Stephane's movement was great to watch. Very fluid.

Also only difference is the ohio training will be warm weather lol. That equals more sweating and more torture. Grin I cant wait

Great to watch!  Muhammad, your head looks like it's coming out of nowhere!  Lol.  That's a ton of aerobics in the warm-up..  Hopefully, I'll be able to keep up with it.

That (with the "Next Move: Ohio!") was my favorite part of the video.  Tongue

Very cool video, and I can't wait to see them when they come to Columbus in a few weeks!

I could be wrong, but I think that was on the end of the bridge where the drop was on a few feet.

Oh, I was standing right there when they were filming that.. it was at the end of the bridge, and right on the other side were rocks and stuff just a few feet down.. We did however work on some drills such as cat balancing, etc that involved considerable height. You just had to deal with it.
