I wish I could jump high enough to jump 8 steps... as it is i can barely clear 2 feet when I jump straight up

it was a running jump, theres no way i could currently do that, without running i consistently only get 5 steps

thats still more than i can do either way... I just cant jump at all, which is odd, considering I cycle and row, both of which are highly demanding on all your leg mucles
