It wasn't meant to be a criticism.  Just pointing something out and happy that he's going to be training more safely from this point onward.

Well you're 100% correct. I was an idiot when I did that jump. That was my first 2 weeks of training, first day me and some friends went out with a camera. I don't think it's a matter of control of the roll. Once my shoulders got forward my roll was fine. My legs, as can be seen, were not in shape for what I did, and could not absorb the impact to allow my body to recover properly from the jump. But that was over a year ago, my legs can take that impact now thanks to conditioning and progressive drills. (The question is.. can my ankle? Wink )

I know bro, I just had to comment on it because I told him that clip didnt fit and it was too old anyway. I wasnt coming down on you.
