Cool, I'll have to give it a try.  I always need to work on my kongs, though my main problem seems to be getting the distance after them.  Whenever I kong of monkey anything I seem to land right on the other side of it, any tips on this aspect?

There's a nice sloped wall . . . well actually the ground slopes which in turn increases the walls height . . . at the university we jammed at this past weekend that would be excellent for working on this technique.

I'm 6'3" and can kong a wall/rain/whatever just shy of chest height as of now.  But I still need to pop stuff as tall as me . . . getting a kong over something at head height is a worthy goal I have now added Wink

getting distance out of a kong will probably be another drill so I won't address that issue here.

thats not on wall runs in general, but it is very helpful for wall runs. topping out is an important part of that

Ok, I'll be waiting.  In the meantime, I will practise, practise, and practise some more Smiley
