So after a almost 3 hours tramp session (finally can get to drill some flips after so long, ankle felt good but it is tired and a bit stressed today) I decided to try an L sit muscle up. I havent even been doing muscle ups in a while. But I went for it.

It still needs work, but this is how I first got my muscle ups in the first place, so it is a matter of time..


P.S. I also got side flips down on the tramp, I might need some help with form and what not. So I'll make a vid soon and post it.
