Hey guys.  The whole parkour thing is a lot bigger than I thought, especially in the Springs.  I really need some guidencef from some of you pros out there.  I'm just getting started and I love it.  I really would like to learn some new tricks and get some more of the basics down though.  I don't know if you guys meet at certain times during the month but let me know.  I really want to start learning!

Welcome! Cheesy.  A new Springer!  Well to start off, we try to refrain from using the words "sport" and "tricks" when describing parkour.  If you have questions about this I would be glad to point you in the direction of some very extensive threads on those subjects Wink

We almost always get together at leats once a week, usually on Saturdays.  Our game plan usually looks something like this:  Start at Artsports at 12:30 (open gym goes until 1:45), then we head to Tiffany square, garden of the gods, downtown, UCCS, palygrounds, etc.  Usually we only hit up one or two of these places in a day, but sometimes a few.

Where are you located?  Do you have transportation?  We are planning to meet at Artsports at 12:30 this weekend, let any of us know if you would like to join in.  The springs people that are online quite a bit are Quazar, Altimot, and of course Muah! Smiley.  We would love to see another new face in the scene.

(im guessing you just started) did you just move here or somethin, or did you just find out about this awesome activity and want to start doing it? Anyway, i think cheetah covered all the basics.  Well be glad to help you get started. Cheesy. Just let us know where you are at and then we can start planing things. Do you still go to school? if you do, then where?
