When four days away from serious training because of a mixture of the most horrid weather I've ever seen(and I've trained in some shitty weather), tons of homework, lack of sleep which causes you to be tired after school, overall crappiness...
When four days away from serious training is considered a hiatus for you. I have deviated from my strict training schedule and I'm so ashamed of myself...

when you have a very subtle, but noticeable pain in one or both knees, and don't care as you think that's part of a traceur milestone.

no no no thats bad.   you know you're a traceur when those go away because your technique is right,    I had a horrible knee surgury and my knee couldn't do shit without hurting,   i started parkour and worked on technique,  not a damn pain, except when i get out of trainging,   if i don't train for a week or two my knee lets me know to get back at it.

I was starting to get swelling in my knees, they would hurt too, but I Improved my Landing technique Immensely and now the swelling went away and the pain is all gone, Now I can do 50 6ft precisions all in a row without stopping or resting because of Pain.....

I have no pain and have been doing Parkour for almost 2 years. I never had pain in my knees, but I know many traceurs who do. ^.^

My knees were terrible starting off. They got better slowly, but still had little aches and pains for the longest times. Recently they've been feeling completely fine though.

I can only dream of the day I find a traceuse.

My dream exactly. So far I've only seen girls that are afraid to get dirty and injured. A traceuse would be a nice Christmas Present........ hello, santa?? are you listening??

When youre out TRAINING instead of POSTING

More and more new guys on the website i feel are spending more time posting than training, i can understand that with the colder months coming around there will be an up in post count, but you should still be training! I dont want Parkour to become an online-interest only type deal. You guys, lets try to train more instead of posting and get a lot of training in before the ice and snow hits?

Because some of us are new to the forum, doesn't mean we are new to Parkour, or reducing time spent training.  Tongue
