Just an FYI, the most recent issue of Yoga Journal (May 2008... wow that's early--yellow cover with a woman in blue pants doing a backbend pose) has some great articles that may be helpful for many traceurs.
There is a big feature on handstands, so if a handstand is a goal for you, this article has a great progression of poses and some really good advice. They also do a monthly column on anatomy, and this issue's anatomy column features hamstrings, which I know from many posts is an area of concern for many (in terms of flexibility). I haven't read the hamstring article but their anatomy column is generally very good.
I subscribe to Yoga Journal (I am an active woman in her 30s, so I suppose I am right in their demographic), so obviously I love it. However I realize that for some it might seem too "granola-y" or whatever; just be aware of that. Look past it if it bothers you; the handstand and hamstring features in this issue have some great information.
I was just thinking as I thumbed through it that quite a few of these articles might be of particular interest to many of you, so I thought I'd pass it along.

I like to touch different kinds of surface textures. Parkour lets me do that without feeling weird.

Yoga Journal eh? Sounds like something I'm going to have to look into. I can't really find any classes in my area, except at the YMCA at 9:00 am on weekdays. Not the best time for someone who can't afford to skip chemistry class to become more flexible...As much as I need it.
