Well, I've been working on a ton of new things lately and I've noticed I've been progressing pretty well.  I wasn't really planning on making this video, but after I took my camera out after about 9 months of not taping anything I got the urge to make it.  I put it together using mostly really old footage and a little bit of new stuff.  It's nothing really flashy, all parkour, no freerunning.  I recently did my first real rail precisions (finally!).  They've scared the crap out of me since day one and I finally got over my fear.  The video shows some bits of training and it also shows progression throughout shots.  I was kind of going for the laid back feeling.  Sit back and enjoy.

Comments/Critique is always welcome.

Nicely done, I like how you put it all together. Congrats on your rail to rail! That looks like a pretty flimsy rail to be starting on though, but I guess more props to you for getting it on a more difficult area. Just be careful with them.

PS was that modest mouse for the music? If so +1

Thanks for all the comments guys.  And yes, it was modest mouse.  I'm actually surprised anyone caught that.  It's one of their lesser known songs on a lesser known album.  Also, sorry about the night scenes.  Youtube always seems to make things darker than they are in the original movie.  And it probably didn't help that I was wearing a black hoodie, dark sweat pants, and black shoes in most of the night shots.

Great job editing. Even more so than good parkour (which you definitely have) I like good shooting and editing. It was really fun to watch. Keep it up!

Haha, not a lot of Modest Mouse gets by me unnoticed. Its from Everywhere and his Nasty Parlour tricks I think.

I really liked the laid back feel of it. One thing though that I'd suggest, is that you should definitely be rolling from drops like around 1:17.

Wow, that was such a great video! Pure parkour is the way to go man, perfect to watch right after seeing that Parkour Pilgrimage video! In all my vids from now on they will be only Parkour movements. Keep this kinda stuff up!

You're right about that drop.  I always roll from drops that height, but there was no room to roll (at least without smacking my face on the cement railing).  I was actually pondering not doing that shot when I first did it awhile back just because of the inability to roll out of it, but I decided one wouldn't hurt.  I know it's not the smartest thing, but I couldn't pass it up.
