Hi guys...

As this is an international thing I thought I'd put it here. The TV network Nickelodeon sponsors this thing every year called "Let's Just Play" which encourages kids to turn off the TV and go outside. It seems a little hokey but, you know, every little bit helps. Part of the deal is that they work with organizations in local communities to have "Worldwide Day of Play" events in their communities, so kids will have something to DO when they turn off their TVs and go outside.

I'm pretty sure Madpk is going to be involved in this somehow because our Fit City coordinator talked a lot about it in our meeting yesterday. Anyhow it got me thinking, wouldn't it be cool if all the PK groups around the country/world got involved in this? It's in the fall, so you would have time to plan if need be.

Here is a link to their site for WDOP which you can use to get involved. Hopefully it is useful for you. Smiley Anyway, just a thought!

That's really cool! I remember seeing that on TV just a while ago (hey I still watch nickelodeon, so sue me  Tongue ), too bad there isn't too much of an organization where I am at (though when I get good I may try and start one with my friends). Good job helping in the community!

Hee! You don't have to be "good" at parkour to start something, Renegade. I am living proof of that! Wink

In any case, thank you. Cheesy

Dandy idea, Muse. I saw the commercials a couple days ago and I've been trying to figure out a way to work PK in there somehow.  Tongue I guess the yolks on me. Merci!
