We get several emails a day asking about finding a gym to learn Parkour. Right now, Primal Fitness in Washington, DC is the only gym we know of that is specifically geared towards teaching Parkour fundamentals. The next best bet is to find people in your area by checking out the forums and looking in "Locals Only" for your state or area. Post up in there to find people who live near you who have more experience that you can learn from, and if possible setup a time where you train with others in a gymnastics gym that has open sessions. Check out this article on gymnastics gyms. Be careful: not everyone with more experience will be a good teacher or know what they are doing, use common sense and work on small things first, paying careful attention to conditioning and proper stretching and rest.
