Okay, so I'm a very,
very new Traceur. I started almost a month ago now. I've been trying to practice stuff very systematically, so that I don't try anything too soon and hurt myself. For this first month, I've been doing nothing but rolls and landings, under different circumstances every few days. I've also been doing the APK daily warmup every day. What should be my next step upward? Kong vault? Speed vault? Palm spin?
I was able to do lazy vaults before I even started Parkour, so I've stricken that from my list
