Zow! Still, what i realized with double+ kongs is that the extra touches do exponentially less. Good display of body control, though.

Silly, perhaps, but this is what results of 3 hour gym sessions (in my experience).

Shocked  Really inefficient...but a very good personal/physical mile marker.  You've got control most def.  Props.

i in no way want to make anyone think thats me lol

the move itself is extremely inefficient and most likely useless.  I was more admiring the control Smiley

Pretty useless really but good as training I suppose. It shows good control.

I don't thnk it displays any control.  All he demonstrated was that he can get a really good initial jump.  Anyone with a good dive can perform that move inside of a gym, I've found.. It's just a matter of slapping your hands down really quickly..  Notice that the second and third taps don't actually do anything..  Just the first and last.  Maybe it's indicative of slightly more body awareness while in the air, but that's about it.

Body awareness, space awareness, good dive = control. He controls his body well to do so. Without control that move cannot be perform.

Yeah the move is really useless, and not really complicated, but it requires control of your body to do so.
