A training session at a spot that I discover yesterday which also inspired a little article

I am pretty sure I missed things I could have done but I am pretty happy with the session and the mental and physical result. Do share ideas for other things I could have get done at this spot. I might get them next time.

Dont mind the typo, thats just the tittle. Cheesy

ENJOY

That was pretty cool. I liked how the camera stayed in the same position the whole time. I was waiting and hoping that you would kong the first wall and clear the second one. Nice job though.

Nice vid, I yelled out loud at the almost crotch shot.

Really good concept, Demon's drill of the month was something real similar a couple months back.

Dang it is pretty wet in Hawaii every where, that was a close call on the foot slippage. Shocked But I didn't see you use the tree. Still very enjoyable to watch though!!! Next time try the back flip from one wall and landing on the other. Ha, just kiddin. Grin

I loved the video, and the article.
I know what ya mean too. if you see in my video there's a certain rock I tic tac off of.. I never thought to do that until one day I spent 5-6 hours out there. (Noonish, to when my mom got home) and I just completely raped the spot. it's what really made me feel like a good traceur.. lol I realize now I have a long way to go, but it's a good feeling to really milk a spot out of everything it has to offer, and then do it again over and over.

Good video man. Keep it coming, and maybe someday(someday = a few years) I'll come down there and jam with ya.

+1 for creativity, and moving me.

This is the beauty of the genius that comes with Parkour. I truly think it's a form of genius. Perhaps I'll start an article on this fact, as I just thought of about ten things to say.
I like the static cam too.

Everyone is complimenting you about the parkour, talking about the crotch shot and all of that.

Don't get me wrong, it was great -- your videos help me so much.

The question thats really on my mind, though, is the beginning.  How much time do you spend warming up and what do you do?

It may seem boring, but a video of warmups would really help me out.

I go by the motto "no sweat, no PK" Meaning if my warm up is not making me sweet I will not start. So I'd say at least 20 minutes straight. Meaning, varying the exercise so you dont stop moving the whole time.

I dont have a warm up video, but I do have conditionign videos of exercises you can perform to warm up. HERE

+1 for awesomeness. I(as everyone else said) loved how the cam stayed in the same spot. It really helped show how much you can do in one area. But I agree with Pat, some stuff with the tree would be cool(unless it is too far away, which it's kind of hard to tell just by the vid). And that crotch shot looked painful...I bet you were glad you were wearing pants.

The tree was actually really moldy, and I decided to wear pants right after the incident with the dog chase...  Embarrassed

Nice, I like it.  Very reminiscent of the monthly Vlogs posted on PKNA.
