i like this video. its good to see people specifically working on their weaknesses rather than avoiding them.
on most of your climb ups you were trying to pull up from a hanging position with partially bent arms. its better to start with completely straight arms so that you get through the full ROM. it's actually easier anyway. try doing a free hanging bar muscle up with a bent arm start compared to one starting from a straight arm hang. with straight arms, you have more range of motion, strength, and power to get up cleaner.

Did you do a Ninja Warrior video? If you didn't, you should seriously consider it. I'd say, with a video like this, you'd be one of the top contenders.
Love the video. And I echo the statements of other people on this topic: you really are an inspiration to people here. Your vids just show what parkour is really about, not just doing the biggest things you can do...but showing what you do in normal training. I love them. Double thumbs up, +5000 karma.
