Just a heads up for those of you who want to be a little more well rounded traceur, A couple guys at 5280 are offering freerunning classes on Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 8. The guys are really cool and right now the classes are pretty small so they give you a lot of great critiquing and help on some of the more tricking aspects. I know that some people prefer parkour to freerunning, but it is definitely worth checking out. I attended one class and i learned a few things and improved immensely in both parkour and freerunning. Drop in fee is 13$ and you also need a 5380 waiver, i think there is a link in one of the other threads. I found the class helpful and fun!

It's quite a lot of fun and the people there are top notch.  Also, there is a bit of gymnastics eye-candy to peer at.  Just don't go for the little ones.  That's what we call "illegal".

dude, im sorry to tell you that pretty much 95% of the "eye candy" there is illegal...

if you're going to go to the freerunning classes there to meet girls, ur barking up the wrong tree unless ur 15 or 16...

still a good class to go to during the week Tongue

The problem is that all gymnastics chicks are so small that it's impossible to tell age. Althoug I am 17, so , u know, I could benifit from this situation

Hey, don't assume. It makes an ass out of u and me! Sorry, I know that wasn't reasonable, rational or constructive, but I had to. Grin

O ya, back to my life, umm, well these classes sound really cool so hopefully next week I will show up for one of these, but if not well, I get enough training with these guys any ways so... Roll Eyes

Also, yeah the classes are pretty cool. They are definitely that though, freerunning classes. Great to master your flips and progress up to them.
