The lowest temp I'll go is around 45. Much lower and I refuse! I've jammed in temps right around 100, so really my biggest concern is the cold, not so much the heat. Smiley

I've said it times before on here, I'm a cold-sissy. So sue me. Wink

Sarcasm - Akh -Really? I can sue you for that?

No, not really. I mean you can try but, heh.. you know. Good luck!

Sarcasm - Akh -Man I was going to sue you for that and make it big. Dang.

Man, you could use me, but I ain't got such as tall cash anyhow.

Sarcasm - Akh -Well who can I sue for teh monayz?

Anybody but me. Look out for this guy, everybody. He's a wild one.
Work is so boring today, and I am not motivated.

The worst I've ever done has been -22F.  If it gets colder than that, I am staying indoors.  I'm not sure if it's even safe to go outside for any extended length of time.  And if there's enough cold wind to crack my face open, then I'll probably stay indoors, too.  Warmest, I don't know.  Somewhere int he 100s.  That wasn't pleasant, either.  As for the most...  I really can't say.  Oddly enough, I do more training in the winter than I do in the summer, so the MOST.. probably somewhere around 0F.

I'd say the coldest was 5-6 degrees F, highest was 100. But I would go lower or higher.

I always train in 98.6* F. Sometimes 99 or so.
