WOW! I didn't realize how out of shape I really was until Tuesday's class. I mean, I started going to the gym again a couple of weeks ago to start getting ready for this but, man...I am still ACHING. I realize now that this will not be easy but I am totally looking forward to improving over the next 5 weeks.

hey jeremy. you gave it a great effort. dont feel bad about not being ready. its a type of complete body fitness that not many people have ever been exposed to! just keep working hard in class and at home and you will keep improving fast!

yeah, stay into it man...before you know it the pain won't be nearly as awful and you will see massive gains in your performance all over the place.

You will soon be doing things that you thought you would never do, im sure of it Smiley

We just talked and we will be taking a week off from the Denver classes. The next ones will be starting on July 21. I will make an official announcement on the website and all that good stuff within a couple days.

Yeah, I'm sorry I missed it, but even if I made it I wouldn't have donw anything.. still out for the count on the ankle... >.< I think it's getting worse, pretty swollen last night, but I'm going out to grab an ace bandage momentarily, just sso I can go work a double... yay! >.<
