I recommend you start with the roll tutorial and practice plenty of it. I can tell you from experience Kongs can be very frustrating to get down. Some get it down immediately, some take months. If you're one of the latter, be prepared to be patient. And practice some of the easier stuff to keep you motivated, like the lazy vault, turn vault, etc.
Do a lot of conditioning. Conditioning would be about 80-90% of your training at the beginning, unless you are already quite physically fit.
