well, its been a while since my last update. thats not due to lack of training. i have just been busy/lazy  Grin. i have done some research and trained w/ the pk gen people, so you should notice some changes in my training. cpt. noted, along w/ everyone else who reads this, that i eat lots o' eggs. well, i did some reading and found that they are not the choice protien source i thought they where. long story short, they are high in protien but higher in fat and threw my meal balance off. look for me to still eat them but less frequently. I am going to replace them w/ turkey breast, chicken breast, fish, etc. A weakness of mine is rail balance. if you read my journal, note how many times i work on that. if you come up w/ the whoping number 0, then your math is as good as mine. so look for more of that in the future. also, pk gen seemed to worked more general movement then specific vaults. i will incorporate more monement based training also. i final point, i learned some cool new conditioning drills. forrest, a pk gen guy who just had heart surgury and still made everyone look weak by comparison, was kind enough to show me how bad my muscle endurance really is  Roll Eyes. that will also be worked on. starting fresh again tomorow...

p.s. i was nice to meet all of you in person. you guys rock!!!

Don't eat the yolk. THe fat (cholesterol) is in the yolk, protein in the white

See:

Under "Composition"

I found this surprising, but this site actually recommends eating the yolk too
http://www.cholesterol-and-health.com/Egg_Yolk.html

There are a lot of myths about egg consumption. I don't think 4.5 grams of fat is something to worry about. Looking at the chart, I realize I've been sacrificing 43% of the egg protein. I think I'm going back to eating yolks

If you're worried about the fat, just dump the yolks like I've been doing, but make sure you're getting enough protein a day (about 100 grams). If not, just eat the yolk. DOn't think 4.5 grams of fat is much to worry about

I like to touch different kinds of surface textures.
Parkour lets me do that without feeling weird.
