Anis' corks are sick. I've been working on these for a while, and this video (the second one) seems to help the most. I think what a lot of people don't realize is that there are two components to the cork; the spin AND the flip (given you have the right take off, etc.). There are tons of videos where people throw a 540 or something and call it a cork. No. Watch Anis' vid again and notice that the flip is there too.

Is a corkscrew a j-step gainer with a twist or is a gainer twist something else?  I've seen the two move classified differently in the Tricking Bible so I was just asking.  Thanks.

a j-step gainer is basically a cheat gainer. you should be able to cheat gainer before you can cork cause the cork is almost the same movement except your spinning instead of flipping. best way i can describe it sorry.
and yes a gainer twist is slightly different. if you do a normal gainer with a twist it'd be a gainer full and your body would (should) be straight up and down with a gainer full. the cork your more horizontal.

correct me if im wrong though.

p.s. if you notice anis is pretty much horizontal when he twists. thats a cork. the first guy is vertical, thats more of a 540. if your upside down that'd be a gainer full.

Can you post a video of a gainer full because when I look for one the vids all look like corks to me.  Nobody really really looks like they spin when they are upside down.

this is a pretty good gainer full.

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/CKQcyjnmfXo&hl=en"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/CKQcyjnmfXo&hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

note how he just runs straight and is completely upside down when he spins.

anis does a j-step and is more horizontal when he spins.
