I was wondering if someone can show a few flips from a first person view to see how it feels like.  I feel that most people know the steps but feel weird when they attempt it (especially me). Do you think this would help?

It's not going to help at all.

Also, most cameras are too slow to capture anything worth seeing.

haha...yeah, I took my video camera along on standing backflips and wallflips, an deleted worthless the movies.
