I found a good way to get my balance up before moving on to do this was every day close my eyes and stand on one foot with my hands by my side and balance for half a minute and repeat for the other foot. Doesn't sound like much but did really help me. Going to incorporate this drill into my routine now though.

thanks, i think this will help a lot! imma go try it out tomorrow when im training. I think the one where you squat downslowly will help my cat balance, it really needs work.
