Alright so i just started Parkour recently. about 2 weeks ago maybe a little less. ive been really working on trying to get this down well, ive been practicing everytime i get a chance.. this is the one thing that i want to excell at in my life. I just recently got out of a boot camp so im in a "alright" shape. but i am still not very confident that i have enough strength for this. (i also have really long arms making it kinnda tough for me to pull my body all the way up or doing alot of full pushups.) i dont have a gym i can go to and i have no weights to lift, i have been really working on my workouts with just pushups and pullups and sit-ups, etc.. I am about 6'1" and weight about 150 lbs , (im preety skinny, only have about 7% bodyfat)  i currently can do about:

pushups- 30-35
pullups- 7 or 8
handstand pushups- 2 or 3
crunches-130-135
squats-65 (probably more, stopped after that, felt like i could keep going though)
When i do a standing jump and tuck my knees into my chest, the bottom of my feet would be at about 4 feet high.

i need some honest opinions on my strength for this. im working on it but as of now, where do you guys think i stand? Can I do this? Huh?

You totally can do this! Sounds like you're in pretty decent shape!

While conditioning and strength are important for success in parkour, a key component of parkour training is progression. This means that anyone can start parkour training, it's just a question of working within your body's current strengths and weaknesses, and gradually progressing towards improvements. There is no "minimum strength requirement." You just have to "meet yourself where you are" and start from there.

I've been doing parkour since about June of 08, and am in pretty decent shape (5' 2" 120lbs), but I can't even do one pullup yet. I have been working towards it (on and off--my discipline for pullups is horrible), but I've also been working on other things with parkour and just developing strength and stamina overall.

Just keep working on your current strength repertoire, and also focus on expanding the variety of exercises you do. The APK WOD is a great place to start for this. In addition, start practicing some parkour! Roll and landing drills are critical. Besides that, just head out to a playground and re-acquaint yourself with how to climb around on stuff and just "play" (safely, of course!). See how you respond/react to obstacles; etc.

Good luck, and welcome to APK!
