haha, I live in the US too. Maybe it's just because it's all over the place, and I only know a handful of cities. Nevermind what I said earlier lol

Hey, college student here looking to try out parkour and hopefully train in it. I'm northern Nevada and don't know anyone who does this so I'm pretty new to this. Of course, any help would be appreciated.

Hey Guys,
My name is Trent and I'm a senior in high school. I live just north of Birmingham, AL and have just recently taken a big interest in Parkour. I'm completely new but hope to spread Parkour across this big city and start looking for spots to train.

Welcome I would also like to spread Parkour all over my city (Just so It doesn't feel weird to train alone). A good spot is a car's hood. I use that for training kong vaults. Also, any railing will help you with various moves.

Sup guys! I'm fthmdg, aka Shaggy. [ But shaggy was taken.. damn them. xD ]
I'm 17, and I live in Urbandale, Iowa. I am brand new to parkour as far as participation, but definitely not as far as intrests I've always loved watching parkour and freerunning, but never actually got into it until now.
Not sure how well it'll work out starting in winter and all, but more than likely I'll need to do strength and endurance training before I get too into it anyway. I'm not out of shape, but definitely not as in shape as I think I probably need to be..
Thats about it! :]

What's up all?
I'm Guy, I'm 26 and live in Arlington, VA. I'm completely new to Parkour, took a few classes showing me training exercises, how to vault and wall jump properly, that's how I got into it. The more I did it, the more I enjoy how free you feel dong it. Just here to learn and perhaps meet other people in the DC area who enjoy Parkour.

Hey, I'm Austin.
I'm new to parkour, new to the site, and newly moved to St Louis from the Bay Area, California. I'm 23, just out of college, and keenly psyched to develop myself in an artform that celebrates the urban landscape. I have some athletic experience already, but parkour has struck a chord with me as an explorer of big cities. I'm willing to start from nothing and be patient.
I can't wait to learn from everyone here, both my fellow noobs as well as the seasoned veterans.

Hey hey, Whats up people Im from cali just moved out to Upstate NY, and its stupid cold. When I first saw parkour it was one of the most motivating things I had ever seen. The ability to move through obstacles and terrain with that kind of efficiency just blew my mind, and I had to to it.
I'm 25 in decent shape and willing to learn, keep in touch.

Hello hello, I'm Rich. I'm new to parkour and just recently took interest in it. I live in central Wisconsin and I'm stuck out in the middle of a rural wilderness. Glad to be a part of A.P. Hello everyone.

Lets see.... new to this forum, from Dallas. Have freestyle background of 14 years or so. Went from blades(1year,boring) to board(3years) to bike to well I never gave the bike up, But I was doing stuff like parkour before I ever heard of it back in the 90's. I found this site to start learning the more technical stuff. Wish me luck. MC

My name is Dr.M and I first became aware of parkour through my brother who is a member of Primal Fitness down in DC. I am a physical therapist that practices in northern Philadelphia where I specialize in injury management and prevention of all types as well as progressively developing my role and a fitness professional. Hope to learn more and gain some connections here as well as perhaps contribute some good injury information.
Cheers to your health!

hello everybody, my name is lee, im about to be 30 years old and i refuse to except the fact that im aging. i train in the Newman Ga. area, mainly at the Newman utility's park. i haven't yet met anyone serious enough to train with on a consistent basis so i haven't really got up into Atlanta with it yet, but i think i might go up there alone some time this week, even if its to do nothing more than scout. well wish me luck and thank you guys for giving us a place to stay up on whats going on in the PK world. Peace.
