Hey im Jack, im 14 and from Wisconsin in the states. After watching Xin the Urban Ninja on Youtube i decided to get into freerunning. Ive done halfhearted attempts at similar things, but im looking forward to getting a little more structured with it.

Hey everyone, My name is david, and I just started parkour about a month ago. I found this site about a week ago because I wanted more structure in my training instead of just copying what I see in youtube videos (to see how that went, check out the injury report forum). I also love bicycling, hiking, and tree climbing. I live in STL, but will be moving to kansas city, MO for med school in august.

Heya there, the name's Damon and I'm fairly new to this. I found a link to a parkour video on another forum I frequent, and the people there were in awe of the sport. I watched the video they were all responding to (veoh.com/videos/v1428892dYMC2Pwp?searchId=841692739226631684&rank=67l) and I thought to myself... "I can do some of that."
So I started looking around the web for more info on Parkour and found this place. Good stuff. Anyways, I got motivated to go outside and try some of it out. I'm a XC/Track runner so I'm fairly in-shape, and I've always enjoyed doing things like this. I did a handspring just to make sure I could still... move? And then a front-flip. I decided to go for a back-flip, and that was a mistake (ouch..neck..bad idea.). I'm going to start following some of the tutorials on the site, and maybe I'll give it another attempt in a month. I /used/ to be able to do it... but that was a year ago when I had a trampoline and the whole nine yards.
I'm from Washington, Everett area to be more specific. Anyways, figured I'd sign up here and see what I could learn. Thanks.

Hey everybody, I'm Kurt. I'm 26 and way out of shape, so.. not off to a great start! Haha. I've always been into Parkour but wasn't in any shape to do it. But I recently moved to the city (Philadelphia), started running and working out, and I'm pretty psyched to try some serious PK!

hey guys. My names Zach, I'm from Flint Michigan, I'm 18, and I've been practicing parkour for a few weeks now. I first got into it awhile ago when I saw the Urban Ninja, then David Belle (I think is his name)... Now recently I've been watching more random videos, and I decided to try it myself finally. I've been doing stuff at the local playground and park, and I do stuff in my yard also. See you guys around!

'sup everyone
name's coldbath a.k.a eric I'm 15 and I live in one of the world's most backwards states (maine) I'm going to start practicing parkour/free running over summer vacation when I have a lot of free time I also like punk rock, doing stupid stuff like jumping off my garage roof (which partly inspired me to start parkour/free-running), and playing guitar
