پارکور پارکور پارکور پارکور پارکور پارکور تنهای تنها در یکی از شهرهای دور ایران کار میکنم به صورت تقریبا نیمه حرفه ای  نینجا هم کار میکنم این دفه این تاپیک رو به صوزت فارسی مینویسم  واسه تمرینات کراسفیت برای پارکور برنامه های خوبی تمرین میکنم ودارم. اینم آیدی و امیل من : milad_ninja2008@yahoo.com ID: milad_ninja2008 به امید روزی که از بروبچ ایران کسی منو پیدا کنه و باهم دوست شیم تا دیگه احساس تنهایی تو این ورزش نکنم  از همه بروبچ این فرم سایت از جمله .سیمون /پابرین/و...... و مایکل جون عزیز  که واسه پیشرفتم تو این یک سال تمرینات زیادی به من دادن و منو به سیستم خودشون معرفی کردن وثبت کردن کمال تشکر دارم هرچند که فارسی بلد نیستن و منو با یوزر دیگیی تو این فرم میشناسن ولی حق بجا بود که ازشون تشکر پارسی کنم  اینم عکس خودم خوب بای بای |

I thank from my dear friends. and because of that I am in a far city in Iran . doing parkour but everybody thinks that Iam vandalism(saboteur). In our country,The culture of this exercise have not exist yet and I am so sorry,in this country iran  oh sorry, i am english language is bad thank friends  bye bye |
