my huge paper on france will have to hold you guys over for now. http://www.americanparkour.com/content/view/1524/1/i do have a lot of ideas for new drills though, especially after france. thanks for the support guys, i will try to get something done soon. |

you know it would be amazing if you could reinact(sp?) your trianing with the yamakasi by making a video in colorado featuring all the movements you did in france. just adapt them to your local environment and then film it? i would love to see that  |
