O and by the way, if you really are totally new to Parkour then you are starting with the wrong question, doing David Belle's training and conditioning is just going to hurt you and is too intense.

Yes I to would also enjoy knowing what david belle does for his conditioning as far as type and reps.

I'd be willing to bet that it's less of a set routine and more Parkour based training. I'm sure he does things like "sets" of precision jumps and repetitions, but again I would think it's more randomized training than a daily "I do this Monday, this Tuesday" kind of thing.

Hmmm.. I'd have to agree with M2 as well, however, speculating and knowing are two different things.. I myself am curious, and would like to know what his "routine" is.
It'd be a very good goal, that I wouldn't be achieving anytime soon, but it's a good goal I'm sure.

Yea I think M2 got it. I don't really think he does sets of anything really. He probably just wakes up every morning and scales the Dame Du Lac a couple of times then hits up on some of his favorite spots. If I were him thats what I would do. I doubt he even gets kicked off of the Dame Du Lac. People probably just walk by and know its him. That must be sweet  Tongue
