Hey there

Whats up with "run 200"?
and the rest of it... i just don't understand there jargin but i really wanna do WOD. I have some of there workout abreviations here but just dont understand it in general

run 200 means run 200 meters which is half way around an outdoor track. as for the exercise descriptions, you can go to fitness>exercise descriptions for most of it, they usually give links for the rest.

You're doing 7 rounds of that entire workout. As fast as you can.

15*7 = 105 squats.
