Whats up with "run 200"?
and the rest of it... i just don't understand there jargin but i really wanna do WOD. I have some of there workout abreviations
here but just dont understand it in general

Run 200
15 Squat
10 Dive-Bomber Push-Ups
10 L-Pull-Ups
