lol, Bob. 50 each arm? Forgive me if I'm kinda skeptical.
lol, maybe if he did them one or two per arm at a time, spread out across the entire day? i can only do 3 OAP, and after the second, my form goes all to hell, so really only two. lol, pretty sad, aye? i'm about to switch back to training for strength development though. debating between whole body plyos, or maybe ring work mixed with weighted rope climbs. thoughts, anyone? Exactly - 10 sets of 5 per arm GTG style pretty much on the hour...

I don't want to sound rude but are you sure you can do 3 one arm pullups? If you are telling the truth thats pretty impressive, considering Steven is probably stronger than anybody else on this forum in terms of one arms (and other stuff besides his weak little asian legs ) so I'm skeptical.

Ok yeah it sounds like you've got the background. It just annoys me sometimes how people can say all this shit on the internet that they can't even do, but I definitely believe you now. I'm also jealous. In addition pullups 26 total 600 (I was only gonna do 25 but I figured I would make it even.

Perhaps we diverge on terminology. My understanding (and it's usage on DragonDoor among other forums) is OAP = one arm pushup. I believe Steve (who can correct me if I'm wrong) was also referring to pushups as the point of our banter was that he was not adding to the pullup total (I think it would be OK to do so if he was doing one arm pullups ). If I could do 50 one arm pullups in a day, GTG or otherwise, I'd be headlining some act for Cirque de Soleil Just to set the record straight, I can do about 0 on any given day...

I use OAP/OAC for one arm pullup/chin pretty interchangibly. I've been only doing negatives for these so they don't technically count towards the pullup numbers otherwise I would add them. Anyway, I think I'm gonna go "light" today and do the CF muscle up workout so I guess each muscle up will be a pullup added. BTW that's incredible ghost. You should definitely try to get those numbers up.

yeah, i hear ya. it's like i go into chat rooms sometimes, and there's these 12 year olds talking shit about all kinds of stuff, how they've killed people, etc., and it's like, uh huh... maybe if they were those kids that warlords give AK's to, and send into war, yeah, but c'mon... how many preteens in connecticut have killed someone? ok, 7, tops =P If I could do 50 one arm pullups in a day, GTG or otherwise, I'd be headlining some act for Cirque de Soleil Just to set the record straight, I can do about 0 on any given day... one arm push ups, oh, ok... that makes perfect sense. nice going bob and, finally... pull ups: 25 new total: 675

first off i say we aim to keep it even, like ends in 0s and 5s. Add some spice to the challange. also my pullup branch decided not to support me today and i can't add half a pullup. i want to go get a pullup bar, but my dad doesn't support the cause. ass.
