Thanks, ghost. Smiley

I was doing GTG and making progress for a while, then Mr. Muse took down the pullup bar because he kept walking into it and banging his head. Tongue He has since re-mounted it, but the screws are stripped and so it feels really loose/unsafe when I get up on it. So I've been hesitant. I need to just look at the possibility of falling as an opportunity to practice my landings, and get back on my GTG... erm... groove. Tongue

Thanks for the puns, btw, Laurie; and the general encouragement, everyone. Getting back to it today.

erm, to get the thread back on topic:

I'm astonished to see that there are people doing 150 pullups.

150?!?!?!?! Is this an accumulated total over time?

150 isn't THAT big of a number especially if you're GTG sets of 15-20 per. Who knows what he's doing though.

edit: well there you go. It's sets of 25. Tongue

Ah, well that makes sense. Wink

And honestly, don't slow down. No reason you all should alter your goals just because I've been lazy on mine. My "slow down" comments are in jest. If I miss out on this, it's my own fault for slacking, so no worries.
