ok... i'm gonna have to burst your bubble just a bit Leon. Where you put "My name is Leon" Instead of putting "and i'm a freerunner" you should have put, "and I'm a badass." "my name is Leon and i'm a badass." lol Nice Vid I enjoyed it. Also thanx for the advice on pumping. Tried it out yesterday and it works wonders, fell on my face the first time too.

really nice. wall run at 1:12- holy shit. Its funny, I actually started doing parkour because I saw a video that you were in. ("Timeless") Up until that time, I had only seen videos of David Belle and the like, performing what to me looked like super human movements. But when I saw that video, I thought, "wow, that was I awesome! I think I can see myself actually doing that! " and it began. So thanks Leonn!

To anyone else - I NEED MORE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM! That is all. Ty. GL HF GG. YOU SUCK!jk. But seriously, it's very hard to see what the hell it is you need to work on. Although you think you could probably speed up running between the obstacles. And speed up cat-leap dismounts. Other than that, sorry bro, I can't criticize you. That kong to precision was one of the best k2p I have ever seen.

Most excellent, +1!
There is no way for me to pick that video apart. Other than to say, it made me go, "woah!"

The Back flip off of Cats fountain should have started at 1.58-1.59 and been slow motion like the aerial earlier in the video to keep balanced. And the words at the Start I didn't notice at first because they blended in to well and were at the very bottom, maybe a different color or different location. Other then that great video. I HAD TO LOOK HARD TO FIND THESE POINTS lols. Really tho the Cats wall back flip bugs me that its not done in the same fashion as the aerial.
Cant wait to hang with you again. Love the video it goes to my iPod as soon as i can get the time to do it later today.

I blame Gearsighted for any amount of 'flow' found in this video. I can only wish that I could flow as well as he does.

k, I finally got around to watching this. Leon, I htink it's a great video. I think the beginning is spectacular just because you go about that one spot in so many different ways. However, I do think that you went about it rather lazily and if you're really going to do something like that (it LOOKED like you were training how to run across that area from different angles fluidly) you should go at it a bit more gung-ho. Then again, I recall sometimes where you turned around... Hm, thogh.. maybe that's another theme for the conditioning weeks.. random approaches to a single environment, yet maintaining speed and flow in a singular direction the whole time (until the next approach).
Other than that, I've really nothing to add. I might say you should work on incorporating your flips/twists/spins/tricks into your runs more fluidly (I HAVE seen it done fluidly before), but it doesn't really matter to me and I'm not sure it matters at all in freerunning.
