Hiya,

I'm "old" for this because I just celebrated my 33rd birthday last Friday.  I'm extremely new to Parkour and I'm not even sure where to begin.  There isn't anything around me to work with.  I'm pretty proficient with rolling, but it'd be more fun to mix it up with someone with even a little more experience while working on the basics.  If you're in the Louisville area, drop me an email (team_mo@hotmail.com) or post on here so we can set up a meeting.

On another note, I did most of the WOD today and these workouts are rough!  Between this and swinging kettlebells, I've found my something to occupy my time!  Yay!!!

I attend classes on 1st and Broadway in downtown, JCC campus is amazing for Parkour. Other than that the only places I visit in Louisville are the Mall and Springhurst/The Summit...

Willing to drive a bit for a change of scenery however... Grin

Do indeed PM me if you're down...we have some okay beginner spots in LaGrange as well...

Zayne, just look for any obstacle. Even a tree stump is good enough. Once you have located an obstacle, just train that thing until you mastered every type of move over it, around it, under it, through it.. etc. You're only limited by your imagination!
