Rage Against the Machine is always great on a run.  I also rock some Enter Shikari whenever I exercise.  Other good bands include: the Black Maria, CAKE, occasionally Incubus, Daft Punk, a few songs by Live, Metallica, Paramore, some of the harder Red Hot Chili Pepper songs, Rise Against, and Scary Kids Scaring Kids.

I don't mean to sound pompous with this reply, but I think it is best not to listen to music whilst training.  You should focus on the movements, the environment, and your body.  There's also the argument that you won't have music in an emergency situation but I don't hold that idealogy as precious as paying attention to your senses.  Plus, the absence of music can help you hear how loud your landings/passements are.  Silence is golden.

P.S.
When taking water breaks, I do pull out my phone and listen to the B13 soundtrack or the background to Blane videos.  I highly recommend it.  Find the tracks to your favorite parkour videos, dl the songs, and listen to them ALL THE TIME (except while training).

I personally listen to the remix of the U.S. Army 47th division running cadence

It's called "Fired up ... Feels good"

its also the theme to the first season of the CBS show "The Unit"

Rise Against and Breaking Benjamin. But really anything with a good beat that's easy to find the rhythm with.  Also like Sage Francis for this purpose.
