The balls of my feet hurt when I jump, is this normal for a beginner or I'm I doing something wrong.

This hasn't happened to me, but I think its cuz i'm so used to running and walking around alot.
Maybe you just aren't used to running around and jumping so much, Don't overdo yourself. Stay reasonably within your limits.

But yea, you can get used to it, I know it may be kinda cold outside (kinda, hah) but you can built tolerance and not get foot pains anymore simply by jogging in place more often, or going out for a 30 minute run/jog.

I don't know your physical condition, but what i'm trying to say is just be on your feet more  Wink
