O know know exactly what music motivates people when free running, Techno-"Anything Is Possible (Tunnel Trance Force Full Length)" , Creed-"Higher", Blue Man Group- "Rods and Cones" (best one!!), Anticon-"Pity Party People" (second best!), "Killing in the Name", "Life Less Frightening", "Jammin", Dispatch- "Bang Bang".

They are all great to listen to, buy them all on Itunes!!

I've noticed alot of people listen to Linkin Park. Personally I like Mastodon and The Dillinger Escaple Plan. It makes me brave and it appeals to me as a trained musician.

lol,  french rap is actually pretty good, its poetic yet "rap"y. has a good beat and flow.

for me, most electronica is a good choice. non lyrical, good high bpm count, nothing distracting.  i dont like techno and most rave. to highschool dance partyish.  get some Goa trance (from india) or something from the netherlands. good stuff coming out.

usually its electronica music, trip-hop, and chemical beat never techno or rave because its not soothing and its way to fast.

I usually listen to Moby, Paul Oakenfold, Underworld, FC Kahuna, Junkie XL, Massive Attack, Dust Brothers, Chemical Brothers, Unkle, and a few others I cant think at the top of my head.

Strangely, I listen to soundtracks like all three of the Bourne movie soundtracks (they have some good precussion rythmns and electronica grooves).

Metal, Industrial, Hard Rock, Techno, Electronica, some Rap the only type I enjoy is French though

The flashbulb, Mindless self indulgence, Dragonforce, Darude. Anything with a nice and fast beat and rhythm to it. Always good to have positive music to keep a nice atmosphere to encourage the best performance.

Flobots, Indie CO group similar to ska and has an amazing MC

Classified, hip hop artist from Canada, Vancouver I think. Real talent,

Hilltop Hoods, Aussie hip hop group, really got me listening to indie rap, lyrics over gimmicks

The Herd, English (UK) hip hop group.

and then awesome motivators are like Beethoven's 9th and 5th

To each his own

Oh and MC Solar is just freaking tight.

Any thing Guttermouth, maybe a song like "seeing double at the triple rock" by NoFX, "Fall Back Down" by Rancid, and the blueman group. I like thoase kind of songs that just get you pumped, like starting out kinda softer then just letting it all out like "Scream Out" by a band i forgot, and what i mostly recommend id "Hit Machine" by Guttermouth, seriously, i love that song.
