I'm 17 years old and just getting into parkour. Sadly, I'm noticing that there are virtually NO good places to practice in my area. I've got a pretty solid roll, but other than that I know just about nothing. I've started training at the park by my house, but it doesn't have much in the area of equipment. So my plea is:
Either
A) If you live near by, maybe we could meet and you could show me some stuff.
Or
B) My plan right now is to start doing a lot of sprints, working on my grip (probably by climbing fences), and being generally acrobatic to build up some equilibrium. Any tips or further advice?
