I'm 17 years old.. been smokeing for about one and a half year, I eat alot of unhealty food and i'm generarly unfit..
Tho i'm not fat, i'm really not very strong.. I can do about 40 push-ups and 10-15 pull-ups without a pause but then i'm pretty much dead  Tongue..

Thing is, i reacently had this urge to stop smokeing and start with parkour.. Thing is, i dont really know if it's even worth trying Tongue

Quitting is a great first step. I don't have any advice there, but there is plenty out there on the internet.

As for starting your parkour training, others can correct me if they think otherwise, but you might want to quit first, and wait until your body adjusts to not smoking anymore (you're finished with withdraw, etc), and THEN start training.  I'm not sure how well you'd be able to hold up going through withdraw and a lot of serious physical training at the same time.

Not to say you should just lay around. It's never too late to start exercising, but just take it a little easier until you're off the smokes.

If you start training alot, it will make quitting easier. Every time you want a cigarette, drink water or eat a piece of fruit instead, or do those 40 pushups. If you are serious about learning parkour, you simply won't be able to continue smoking. You will eventually choose between the two.
