Financially I'm unable to drink the gallon of milk a day but I can probably do about 5 gallons a week. That should still result in some serious weight gain.

You actually save a LOT of money by drinking the milk, ironically.  I suggest you try it for a week then reanalyze ur budget.  I save over 30 bucks a week compared to how I used to spend on food.  The milk fills you UP boy.

Also, video your form.  Its probably awful like most people just starting (mine sure was when i started, and i had good form compared to most..)

I've gained around 7 lbs so far on SS with the milk. I know most of it is probably fat but its good to see that the milk is putting me in a large enough calorie surplus to put on that much weight in 2 weeks.

Thursday

BJJ for 1.5 hours

Worked on some good attacks to use when somebody's in your closed guard.

However, I did move a lot of pretty heavy shit into my apartment up at school.

So, I'm now living back in Boone. They built a new dining hall and with it came some new PK spots that look pretty promising. I'll go check those out in the near future, I'm sure.

My first metcon in about a month. It was rough. When I weighed 145 I didn't really understand why big guys bitched about body weight movements so much. Doing 45 HSPUs at a bodyweight of 157 yesterday...I kind of understand it.
