Thats great! I used to be lazy, actually still am some

, But I love seeing people get the attitude to do some physical stuff

. Well, eventhough you aren't too fond of running that would probably be the best way to increase your stamina. I would recommend finding a friend that enjoys running and try running with them. You can start off slow then work your way up to longer stuff. Or if you want to get in shape really quick (of course it involves killing youself, at least it feels like your killing yourself

) you could go out to the nearest school track and run a (emphasis on run) 54321 everyday. This is when you go out and run a 500 (one and a quarter laps) around the track, then straight to a 400 (one lap) with very little rest time, then to a 300, then to a 200, then to a 100 (100 should be as fast as you possibly can). These will make you feel like your in hell the first week or so, but it is the fastest way to get in shape that I know of, it's what I use to get in shape for track

. If you really don't want to do running then I'm not quite sure, maybe swimming, I know thats good. I sure that other people will post suggestions but I hope this at least helps a little and good luck!
