Soon as I get my hands on a mini DV cam I'm making one for squats / pistols! I may have to resort to using the record video feature on my Canon Powershot SD750, it's not too bad but we'll see :] First I have to recover from (b)East Coast!

A bunch of us got at beast coast tried out the muscle up on a swing. It wasn't THAT bad for me at least although only about 3 of us got it I think.. and 2 of us had a gymnastics background. It felt a lot like rings that were connected by a rope or something. Quite an interesting muscle up to say the least.

yeah I've had a couple other guys try and succeed around here on other swings. the more of a U shape the swing is resting in, the harder and more painful it is.

Agreed. Now all I need to do is figure out how to build enough strength for a one arm muscle up, lol. That or another hard variation. Smiley

Wow...that'd be beastly.

I'll try these when I have all my strength back. I've been training hardcore for like 3 days straight so I'm pretty wiped out.

The frontpage stuff has been quirky for a bit... Jesse and Mark are working on it.
