hope u guys enjoy. remember though we have only been pking for almost 5 months now and these videos are from our first 2-3 months of training. we finally decided to mix it to a video. also the lil movie thingy got canclled cause we need way more footage and time. at the moment we are alot better than in this video so no need to correct movements or technique cause we already have. thanks in advance and hope u like!

There's always room for advancement. If you think you have the basics down then all you have done is hit a plateau. Good job on the video I like the speed, all I can say is work on your kongs, and try and get more control while in some of your moves (reverses). Good job and welcome!

thanks. i didnt mean for it to sound like that. what i meant is that this is two months ago and its really not logical for one to give pointers on old footoage. thats why i said that lol. thanks. we have been training hard. even though i am better now i still will work on the area you mentioned since they are still the weak points.....better but still not on par with my other vaults.

Even though its old footage, its still good to get some feedback on it. I'm sure everyone in your group  didn't correct EVERYTHING possible. If you fixed it, thats good, if you didn't, i'm only telling you stuff that'll help.

Black shirt dark blue jeans at 0:12  (farthest from camera, first to hit rail) takes pause before hopping over.
Red shirt guy at 1:28 takes an  unnecessary pause / dip before hopping over the rail.
Black shirt blue jeans does this as well at 2:15

White outfit could let go of the rail earlier or bring legs in to make 360 vaults move faster. They kinda just float. Unless that was what you were going for.

I can find more, but i gotta get somewhere.

Thew very begining was funny to me haha he points at the camera lolz.

Anyway decent stuff. Obviously climb ups need work, landings definitly need work. You want to spring over things not pause after you hit them then hop over.

Great song, some good stuff in there.

Hey it was an good video. The fact that it is repetitive was a little annoying, but some good spots. I think you guys should just train a lot more. Most of all variety, more kongs different types of vaults, under-bars, and climb ups. These are all important good video though.

Okay, nice. Well done.

At the beginning: loved the fact that the red shirt guy stepped out of his kong. Lots of people don't have that. Keep that up.

0:13: Both need work on cats. Absorb more with your legs.
0:20: As mentioned before, tuck your legs in to get a faster rotation and thus giving more forward momentum.
0:26: Gave too much power into his 2 handed vault and kinda lost control, especially the red shirt guy. (Hate to single you out.  Smiley) Control=everything.
0:46: No need to kong vault something so low. But if you did for kicks and giggles, work on blocking power.
0:49: "Cat Aborts" (Strange title, I know.) Put both legs on the wall. Don't want to get into a bad habit of putting only one. Both=more power absorbed, less damage on you.
0:54: ROLL!! Never put your hand down like that unless you cannot roll. You had plenty of room to roll and should have.
0:58: Rolls again
0:59: Legs straighter on the front planks.
2:03: Underbars. Get your toes up higher and "row" the bar across your body. Look to tutorials for more info.
3:40: Please don't try things you aren't ready for. If he had landed on his tail bone, that could have been a serious problem.

There were numerous pauses before vaults and such, but that has been mentioned.

Train hard!
