The shoulder thing is nothing major I think...it was just really hurting last night.

Its sore today...but should heal up quick. Just have to take it easy for a bit <sigh>  Roll Eyes

Glad to see Andy on the boards!! Whoo!

Anyone who does not have conflicting plans and who wants get better should be going to these. They are awesome at not only getting you in better shape, but also on making the basic parkour skillset more seccond nature. I'm sore as hell, but I can't wait to do it all over again tonight  Tongue

I'd be willing to run through it on a Friday with you Logan!

I'll be gone until the last week of June though..heading to Yosemite on Tuesday!

Last night was good. Finally beginning to feel not completely smoked by the end of the first stage.

We had Ryan, Sat, Andy, Carolynn, the new guy (Mike??) and myself. Ryan showed us the new east campus hotspot afterward..very cool!

It was also windy as hell! I saw a tree today about 1.5 ft in diameter that had been ripped up by its roots!!!

So a week from today - next Friday the 29th June - I'd be open to come down for a Gauntlet. Monkey, you had talked about being willing to do one on a Friday sometime and I am free on this next Friday. So if anyone is open to it and desiring to do it, I would be interested in going through it. The catch is that I have NEVER gone through a Guantlet yet and so I need someone to do it with me (and I fortunately can't make it to anything on Wednesdays). Let me know. Thanks a Bunch!!!
