11/23/08:

After a weekend of relaxing, I'm ready to go again.  I've noticed a big improvement in my upper body strength.  I can do 10 pushups without struggling on the last few, and I'm finally able to do full ROM dips.  I'm going to keep working on this and see how it goes.

11/24/08:

For time:

100 squats
75 pushups
50 overhead presses
100 resistance band pulldowns

Time: 22:15

The pushups killed me the most, taking more than 8 minutes.  I'm slower at them because before I was not doing full ROM.  I realized this about 2 weeks ago, and have been doing pushups all the way.

Ate a little too many grains today, I'm still having trouble working them out of my diet.  School makes it really difficult to have a healthy meal that is enjoyable, so I think I might start brining food to school instead.

11/26/08:

Legs are still really sore from two days ago, so I'll be resting those.

*Tabata Pushups for today

My first time doing tabata and it is really freaking hard.  First set I had around 15-20 but towards the last few sets I could only manage to do about 4.  I could only do about 3 reps for the last 2-3 rounds

I'm going to try and integrate this into my training more often.

No real workout today.  Basically today is a major cheat day with no holding back.  After today I'll be working on tightening up my diet.

Gonna do a mile run at some point just to help burn off some of the calories.

Today I'm going to start getting tighter on my diet.  I'm going to start adding my food to FitDay to make sure I'm not overeating which would slow my fat loss.  Now, I only eat bread if it is accompanied with a good protein source.  My goal is to reduce my carb intake to below 200g a day, and then down to 150g a day.

My food can be seen here:

Managed to keep under 200g of carbs today, so I'm happy about that. I also managed to stay under 2000 calories as well.  Instead of taking the bus home, I decided to walk (1.5 miles).  Hopefully choices like these will help my weight loss goal.

Workout

For Time:

50 Pushups
50 Thrusters

Time: 7:55

Goals
*9-11% bodyfat
*25 pushups in one set
