11/30/08:Today I'm going to start getting tighter on my diet. I'm going to start adding my food to FitDay to make sure I'm not overeating which would slow my fat loss. Now, I only eat bread if it is accompanied with a good protein source. My goal is to reduce my carb intake to below 200g a day, and then down to 150g a day.
