Well if you keep them straight for an hour or two you will pass out..

Pretty much you just want to avoid any type of pain and stretch them out to improve flexibility and mobility. If it is really bothering you go see a doctor.

I'm guessing bad circulation, you know how sometimes your foot tingles if you don't move it? Well ya since your keeping your foot bent for a long time I guess your blood isn't circulating, still this isn't normal (it can happen in older people) and can be very serious.

You shouldn't be on the forums right now I suggest calling a clinic and telling them about your knee, if they ask you to come in then you should.

I have a similar problem that when I try to go to sleep my legs ache and I want to move them. I dont think its PK related because it has been going on for like 4 years but it is annoying as hell.

Sounds like you have restless leg syndrome Zeus.  But I think I might know what you are talking about, my patellar tendon aches pretty badly when I sit with my legs bent for a while, especially after a hard workout.  I think I have a patellar tendon strain, and you might too if its the tendon right below the kneecap that hurts.

no, its not the tendon, it is more the actual knee cap, its weired, because like if I ride in a car, then try to do parkour, I have to walk around for like 2-3 minutes, and bend my knees threw there full range of motion, ive started doing scwats, and also warming up and streching before doing any PK, it seems to be helping.
